What do you do at Be Broken? I cast vision, create content, shepherd our staff, and build partnerships with amazing colleagues doing similar work. My favorite "task" is hosting the podcast.

What brought you to Be Broken? I founded the ministry in 2003 when God said, "Tell your story."

Favorite passage of Scripture? Psalm 51 (and Romans 8!)

What do you do in your time off? I tinker around with projects on our property, watch British crime shows, travel with Elaine, and marvel at my adult children and granddaughter.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be, and why? The ability to remove all doubts people have about God. (And invisibility—so I can move stuff around and watch people's reactions.)

Favorite food/drink? I love Oreos and red wine (not together!).
